ADF Strategic Development and Deployment

At the end of 2017 and beginning of 2018, 12 members of ADF leadership team developed the following documents that identified our Challenges, Vision, Mission, and Strategy. The website's objective is to communicate our 2018 Strategic Plan and Directions to every employee of ADF, in a manner that enrolls and empowers all ADF employees into one High Performance Work Organization.
